Interested in trying out a class? Our typical class consists of a warmup, skill & strength time and then the WOD aka workout of the day. Our classes can range from 30 min up to an hour and are always held in small groups anywhere from 1-12 people and led by a coach throughout. A typical session employs various exercises such as jump rope, squatting, lunging, pushups, ring rows/pullups, rowing, running, medicine ball movements, ab work, stretching, barbell lifting, jumping, etc. Think of it as gym class for adults, but FUN.
